Conference season ends

Well, we've heard all the speeches, endured the ovations... so who was your favourite and what happens now? :rolleyes:

I don't think anything will happen... but my favourite speaker was Yvette Cooper. Ed's speech was lack lustre, but his policies are worthy; David's speech was too gung-ho for my liking and Nick Clegg... well, what can one say about Nick Clegg!!

I think Maya the cat was the star of the conferences. Teresa May's allegation that it was a student's strong relationship with Maya that stopped him from being deported was mocked by Ken Clarke and caused an upset to the stage-managing of the Tory conference. It was a cat-flap - and I enjoyed it!
