Wirksworth and surrounding villages support a very large number of voluntary groups and activities. This section of the web site gives access to information on many of these activities and more importantly - lets you know how to get involved.  

Wirksworth has one of the longest surviving community newspapers in Community Fayre, and an active education sector which offers us a chance of learning at any age. The Peoples' Gallery is a chance to spot local faces and places (you may even see yourself!)
