Accommodation
The 4-storey building, with lifts and wheelchair access throughout, will provide a mixture of accommodation which will include self-contained single and double flats. These will be mainly for rent and share ownership, with some for outright sale.
Each apartment will have its own front door, a full-fitted kitchen, a walk-in shower, and full central heating. There will be a door entry system with intercom to every apartment and emergency pull-cords in all rooms.
