This year We are boasting to have Ten Wells! They will be created in the weeks running up to the carnival by different groups around the town. They are in six locations that lead you on a tour of wirksworth.
They are at:
- The Methodist Church
- The Memorial Gardens
- The Cruck Beam
- The Churchyard
- St. Mary's Church
- and The Market Place
These pages will be constantly updated as the wells are errected.
Our Most exciting well this year is the introduction of the 'Community Well' in The Churchyard. This will be a patchwork of smaller wells that can be created by anyone!
