Activities and Events

We organise different activities and events for Millennium Volunteers, which take place throughout the year.  All are fun and enjoyed by all.  Here are some of the events and activities that are coming soon: 

Fun activities

We also organise FREE activities for Millennium Volunteers to take part in, which also count towards their Award of Excellence:

• September 2004 – mountain biking and raft racing at Carsington Water.
• November 2004 – National Ice Arena in Nottingham.
 

Forthcoming events

• February 2005  - weekend conservation task in Sherwood Forest.
• March 2005 – week-long trip to the Peak District National Park doing outdoor pursuits, conservation work and a John Muir Award (www.jmt.org).
