This cottage is ideally suited to walkers, ramblers and cyclists located in the centre of a network of footpaths and bridleways.

The interior is spacious and open plan with underfloor heating. All the modern facilities including washing are provided.

At the rear of the barn French doors lead to a decked garden area.

The front provides open Southerly views down the Ecclesbourne valley .

Upstairs is a tranquil retreat with a contenpory en-suite bathroom. With peaked beam ceiling.

All towels and linen provided.

Prices start at £150 per weekend and short breaks, or £250 and upwards per week. Long term is considered
